How to make restaurant style butter chicken at home

Hi all..In this topic i am going to tell you about the recipe of tasty butter chicken at home simply & restaurant style..



Ingredients required:

300 gm of boneless chicken 

For marination:


  • 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp of red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric powder
  • salt to taste

For gravy:

  • 1 big size onion
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 50 grams of cashew nuts
  • 3 big size of tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp of red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp of coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp of garam masala



  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp of malt vinegar
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 4 tbsp of cream
  • 1 tbsp of kasturi methi

Method:

-First take a bowl & add chicken,ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt to taste & marinate it for an hour..

-Then take a pan & heat some oil in it then fry the marinated chicken in it..Transfer the chicken into a another bowl once it done..

-In the same add the roughly cut onion,add some butter to it then add roughly cut tomatoes & the cashew nuts then add ginger garlic paste,sugar & mix it all & let it simmer..

-Then transfer this to another bowl,let it cool completely then make a fine paste of it..

-In the same pan transfer the paste & add salt to taste,chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala,malt vinegar & mix it all together..

-After that add butter & cream & kasturi methi & finally add chicken let it cook for 10 minutes..

-Your butter chicken is ready to serve..
