How to make Tandoori chicken momos

Hi all..I am sharing with you a famous Chinese recipe tandoori chicken momos..This recipe is very delicious & very easy to make..

Tandoori chicken momos

 

INGREDIENTS:

For Dough:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour/Maida
  • 2 tbsp of oil 
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to make dough

For stuffing:

  • 200 gm of boneless chicken
  • 1tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp of coriander 
  • 1tsp of black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

For marination:

  • Half cup of thick curd
  • 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of red chili powder
  • 1 tsp of garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


oil for fryingcharcoal for smoke

METHOD:

-First make a soft dough with all purpose flour,add 1 tbsp of salt & 2 tbsp of oil then keep the dough aside..

-For stuffing first take chicken & grind it coarsely then add salt,coriander,ginger garlic paste,chopped onion,black pepper powder & mix it well...

-Take some dough & roll over put some stuffing into it then shape it like momo then steam all momos..

-Then take out the momos & take a bowl then put curd,salt,turmeric powder,red chili powder,garam masala,ginger garlic paste & lemon juice into it & marinate the steamed momos for 15 minutes..

-Take a pan put some oil & shallow fry the marinated momos & the tandoori chicken momos will be ready..

-Serve the momos with chutney..
